Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team for a 6-month internship at our office in Infopark Campus, Kochi, Kerala. As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent to meet the needs of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR and recruitment within the IT industry.

Internship Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates for positions such as developers, cloud experts, DevOps engineers, ERP consultants, and other technology roles.
  • Profile Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Candidate Outreach: Conduct initial outreach and communication with potential candidates to gauge interest and fit for the positions.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Profile Submission: Prepare and submit detailed candidate profiles to clients, highlighting their skills, experience, and suitability for the roles.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively identify and engage top talent.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR functions as needed.
  • HR and Payroll Process Learning: Gain hands-on experience in the HR and payroll processes, learning about the systems and procedures involved in managing employee compensation and benefits.
  • Recruitment and HR Payroll System: Develop skills in using recruitment and HR payroll systems to streamline and enhance HR operations.


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and recruitment, particularly within the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
