 About the program

This 6-month trainee program is for people who want to build a career in B2B technology sales. You’ll learn Odoo, find businesses that need it, and earn from the business you bring in from your first month. Trainees who perform well will be hired as Business Development Executives.

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid)

Type: Trainee program leading to a full-time role

Experience: Freshers to 1 year

Program structure

  • Months 1–2: Learn and sell. You’ll get product training on Odoo and start prospecting. You earn commission on revenue collected from the business you bring in.
  • Month-2 evaluation. This covers a product knowledge test, a short Odoo demo, and your outreach activity.
  • Months 3–6: Build pipeline. Trainees who clear the evaluation receive a monthly stipend, take ownership of their leads, and join client demos and proposals.
  • After month 6: Business Development Executive. Trainees who perform well are offered a full-time BDE role at an industry-standard salary.

The commission and stipend details are shared with shortlisted candidates after the interview.

What you’ll do

  • Identify small and mid-sized businesses that need an ERP system or are outgrowing their current one.
  • Reach prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and referrals, and book discovery meetings.
  • Log every lead and follow-up in Odoo CRM.
  • Respond quickly to inbound enquiries.
  • Join discovery meetings and demos with senior team members.
  • Help prepare proposals and follow them through to signature and payment.
  • Represent the company at events and demo sessions in Kochi.

What you’ll learn

  • Odoo’s core apps: CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, Manufacturing and HR.
  • How businesses evaluate and buy ERP software.
  • Prospecting, cold calling, discovery and objection handling.
  • Managing a sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract.

Who should apply

  • Graduates in BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Tech, BCA or a related field. Final-year students available full-time are also welcome.
  • Good spoken and written English and Malayalam. Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
  • Comfortable calling people you don’t know and handling rejection well.
  • Interested in technology and business software. No prior Odoo or ERP experience is needed.
  • Able to work hybrid from Kochi, with some days in our office, some remote, and local travel for client meetings.
